a. Payment Terms
All fees related to events, coaching sessions, or membership must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on our website.
b. Cancellations, Refunds and Weather Policy
- Cancellations by Participants: If you need to cancel your participation in an event or session, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund policies vary depending on the type of event or membership and will be specified at the time of booking.
- Cancellations by Level Up Beach Volleyball Club: We reserve the right to cancel any event or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions). In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event or offer you a full refund.
- Weather policy: All events and training sessions will go ahead in most weather with the exception to high winds (over 40mph) or thunderstorms. In the event of either interrupting a session, staff members will advise all attendees to seek shelter with the aim of resuming on the day, where possible to do so. Participants are expected to plan ahead and attend with appropriate clothing for the forecasted weather.
4. Participation Waiver
By participating in any beach volleyball event or session, you acknowledge that beach volleyball is a physically demanding activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries resulting from falls, collisions, or environmental conditions (e.g., sand debris or weather).
By participating, you agree to:
- Assume all risks associated with beach volleyball activities.
- Release Level Up Volleyball Ltd, its staff, coaches, and organisers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety is our top priority. You must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by our club, coaches, or event organisers, including any policies related to COVID-19 or other health advisories.
- Fitness to Play: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in beach volleyball activities and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely engaging in these activities.
- Injury Protocol: In case of an injury, you should notify a coach or organiser immediately, and we reserve the right to remove players from activities if we believe it is in the interest of their safety or well-being.
6. Conduct and Behaviour
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during our events and activities. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Respect for Others: Treat all players, coaches, and staff with respect. Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Equipment and Facilities: Players are responsible for using the provided equipment and facilities appropriately. Any intentional damage may result in fees or expulsion from the club.
We reserve the right to remove participants from any session or event if they fail to comply with our conduct guidelines.
7. Use of Website
a. Content
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Level Up Volleyball Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
b. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., photos, testimonials) to our website or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use that content for promotional or marketing purposes.
